Where can I park?
You can park along the yellow strip in the street. Please do not park on the pavement.
You can also use the car park for the building directly opposite Le Pain Quotidien. There are usually spaces available there.
Please do not park on the parking next to the building; these spaces are reserved for the residents.
I need to cancel my class. How do I do this?
You can cancel your class through your account on our website or in the app. Go to “My bookings” and click “Cancel”.
Are you cancelling at least 24 hours before the class starts? Your credit will then be automatically returned to your account. Your subscription continues as normal.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the class starts, the following conditions apply:
- With a subscription: an additional €10 fee will be charged.
- Without a subscription: you will lose the credit for that class.
Unable to attend? Please always cancel your booking so that someone on the waiting list can take your place.
What should I wear to class? Are grip socks compulsory?
Wear comfortable sportswear that is not too loose, such as leggings and a T-shirt.
Grip socks are compulsory for safety and hygiene reasons. You can buy them at AB FAB STUDIO.
My class has been cancelled. What happens now?
A class may be cancelled if there are too few bookings or if the instructor is unexpectedly unavailable. You will receive an email, and your credit will be automatically returned to your account.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
You are welcome to bring a towel and a water bottle. Water is also available at the studio. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings.
For safety reasons, please do not place a towel on the equipment. The equipment is cleaned after every class. Grip socks are available to buy at the studio.
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. Please email hello@abfabstudio.be to request one.
Can I contact you by telephone?
No, we can only be contacted online. You can find information and manage your bookings through our website or app. Still have a question? Check our FAQs or send us an email.
What language are the classes taught in?
Our instructors prefer to teach in their native language: Dutch, French or English. The language of each class is listed in the app and on our website.
